Born and raised in North Miami, Florida, Christina Franke never imagined she would one day move away from the east coast of South Florida. Christina’s parents retired and moved to Golden Gate Estates, Naples in 1997. Christina quickly became enamored with the laid-back vibe of Naples, the quick and easy access to the beaches and the gorgeous natural surrounds.
She began working as a teacher’s aide in the late 90’s and attending Edison College (now Florida Southwestern) with the goal of becoming an English teacher. A good friend and teacher-turned-realtor convinced her to leave the education field and work as an administrator at a local real estate company.
After 12 years of employment as a real estate administrator with both Berkshire Hathaway and John R. Wood Properties, Christina took a leap of faith and left her full-time career and obtained her real estate license. She worked from home as a “transaction coordinator” managing both listings and sales for 10 different realtors for just over 3 years. This move was advantageous as it enabled her to immerse herself in the complexities of real estate business firsthand. As time (and several transactions) passed, she noticed that customers were frequently contacting her with their concerns and questions instead of their own realtors! Finally, after many years working “behind the scenes,” Christina joined John R. Wood Properties once again, but as a full-time REALTOR®
Whether you are buying or selling a home in Naples, Marco Island or Bonita Springs, why wouldn’t you choose a realtor who knows the business inside and out? Please consider Christina Franke for your real estate needs. She will always go above and beyond to “WOW” her customers and exceed their highest expectations!
